Our return policy covers two specific scenarios for exchanges. Please note that we do not offer returns for change of mind.
- Wrong Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, you can exchange it for the correct one. To do this:
- Return the product within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Ensure the product is unused and its packaging is undamaged.
- Keep the product sealed in its original packaging.
- Include all necessary documentation, like the purchase receipt and accessories.
- We'll inspect the returned product and provide you with the correct one or store credit, free of courier charges.
- Damaged Goods Received: If you receive damaged goods, follow these steps:
- Record a video while unwrapping and unboxing the product from its delivery packaging.
- This video will serve as proof that the goods were damaged upon receipt.
- If the packaging isn't intact, having a video is crucial.
- Without video proof or if the video is made after unboxing, we won't be able to process an exchange.
